The Commercial Build Show is an expression of free thinking in a world otherwise dominated by Big Is Best: So must be pretty pricey!

We don't believe in that approach. We like small and meaningful, where deals are done and promises stick. That's why we pooled our resources, our years of experience, our thousands of contacts, our multitude of successes, and created an industry first: for an industry great.

Our events work for everyone.

They travel through the heartland of our industrial cities bringing architects, specifiers, designers and developers together with skilled manufacturers, gifted artisans at the forefront of their trades, and an abundance of new ideas representing the best in Interiors Design.

They work because they are accessible.

Our events are intentionally small and informal where old friendships are re-kindled, new ones are forged and business ties are drawn together in an atmosphere of conviviality and co-operation, suitably enhanced of course by a fine range in catering and entertainment.

By the very nature of our events, setting up costs are more easy to predict and control, meaning that we can provide a highly cost effective means for exhibitors, regardless of size and budget, to enjoy the opportunity to reach potential buyers, and for buyers, in turn, to view a wide spectrum of what's on offer in the market place.

Last year saw the launch of our first Commercial Show in Manchester where we proudly welcomed 27 exhibitors, introducing them to the professional hierarchy of the regions Architect and Design community. We will be repeating the same show in Manchester on 21st November 2019 and from there will be rolling the Event out to Birmingham, Dundee and other great cities.
